Captain’s (B)Log: Friday 6th September 2019

Happy Friday!

Hope you’ve all had a good ‘back to school’.

We’ve had a lovely time planning all sorts this week - photo shoots, a visit to the Royal Albert Hall with Richard Thompson, a visit to the London Palladium with Dervish, getting the Festival back on sale, maybe a new Christmas album - so many things 😀.

I’ve even had a morning ‘Into the Greenwood’ today - time to just be, and we had brunch over the campfire. Thanks very much to Jamie for his hospitality. https://www.facebook.com/bushcraftglamping/

Congratulations have to go Kate for her EFDSS Gold Badge nomination - so proud of you. You can read more information here https://www.efdss.org/news/336-september-2019/6500-gold-badges-celebrate-excellence-in-english-folk

More next week, Emma

Earworm of the week: Withered and Died - Richard Thompson or Kate Rusby - take your pick.

This week’s teabag count: 32 (I’ve had a few days alone in the office and kept my spirits up drinking tea. Joy did join me for two days 😎)
